Frequently Asked Questions

You should arrive at the wharf 15 – 30 mins prior to your scheduled departure. The wharf booking are allocated time slots with many other boats booking spots either side of the time that your  charter starts, ending up in a delay to embarking everyone for the charter and ultimately resulting in less time on the boat for you.

When we don’t have a booking after, you can discuss this with the skipper. Usually extending the charter will not be a problem.

Smoking areas will be discussed in the safety brief. Smoking is ok as long as your other guests are okay with this as well.

Stiletto heels and black-soled shoes are generally not appropriate. These types of shoes cause damage to the boat. We will provide a container for everyone to put their footwear in, as being on a boat is more enjoyable barefoot.

Our Boats have lots of covered areas. If the weather is deemed to be unsafe then we can offer you the opportunity to postpone to another date or refund your booking. In the event of rain or clouds, this will not stop a charter from going ahead, and our skippers will find the most enjoy bays and anchorages to enjoy the charter at.
